Oh man! An hour ago, I ordered take out from Aji Sushi and asked for 3 Special Rolls....my parents had given me a gift certificate and I chose to use it today. The 3 rolls I ordered (Aji Roll, Green Dragon and Red Dragon) were OUTSTANDING! Absolutely delicious. I had a 50 dollar gift certificate and as my order came to around 45 dollars I told them to keep the rest as a tip ....
They were prepared quickly, and they threw in a Cucumber and Carrot salad on the house....
All 3 rolls were fantastically tasty and the cucumber/carrot salad was sublime. I highly recommend this sushi/Korean fusion restaurant. I should add that both employees who were working were very pleasant. Really, really great food!
